Scott has been an automotive journalist for more than a decade and holds both journalism and business degrees. Before joining carsales in January 2022, he was lead road tester for the Wheels and Motor brands, prior to which he was associate editor of Motor magazine and staff journalist at Unique Cars. Originally from Tasmania, Scott’s enthusiasm for all things automotive, attention to detail and ability produce accurate and entertaining car reviews and videos has made him one of Australia’s most respected motoring journalists.
